Refund & Cancellation Policy

Written plainly so there are no surprises.
Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. Email dentalmonthapp@gmail.com or use the Stripe customer portal link on your receipt. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period — you keep the most recent pack, and you’re not charged again.
No pro-rated refunds
We don’t refund partial months. If you cancel on day 2 of the month, you still have access through day 30 of the month, and that’s the value you paid for. If you cancel on day 29, the same rule applies. This keeps billing simple for both of us.
Exceptions we’ll honor
We do issue refunds in these specific cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you were billed twice in a single period, or billed after you cancelled, email us and we’ll refund the erroneous charge in full.
- Our service failure. If we fail to deliver your monthly pack within 10 business days of your billing date and we cannot fix it within a reasonable additional window, you can request a refund for that month.
- We decide to stop offering the service. If Dentalmonth ends the service entirely while you have an active subscription, you receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.
How to request a refund in one of those cases
Email dentalmonthapp@gmail.com with your practice name and what happened. We’ll respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you disagree with a charge, email us first. We’ll almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback can be processed. Filing a chargeback without contacting us counts as a breach of our terms, and we’ll cancel the subscription.
